Good for family vacation. Comfy location, 10 minutes' walk to Casa Real de Iloilo. Found in the secure area very close to restaurants, the tourist attraction in the city, and the center where public markets, shopping malls, restaurants. Food was good, staff was genuinely helpful and extremely helpful.

The hotel itself was nicely decorated and fairly clean and the staff were attentive, it had favourable location to many other places like the port.

During our stay at The Grand Dame Hotel, we had the most delectable dining experience at their Japanese dinner buffet. From Tuesday to Thursday, we indulged in a mouthwatering spread of Japanese delicacies that left us wanting more. The variety of dishes and the freshness of the ingredients were impressive. It was truly a remarkable culinary journey that added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional buffet and overall comfort.

the complementary breakfast and batchoy soup were a great way to start the day. the hotel was located near many popular tourist attractions such as the local market and the port, making it easy to get around. Lastly, the staff was very helpful and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable.

The noise level at the hotel was a major drawback. Loud noises from outside, especially the jeepneys and motorbikes, could be heard throughout the day and into the night.
